Drink at least 8 glasses of COLD water
If you want a diet soda, balance it out with another helping of water I.E ( 2 diet cokes = 2 extra
glasses of water....b/c of the sodium intake..too much leads to massive water weight)
Keep a food diary/exercise loghowever i found it to be incorrect and just plain boring.
Fidget when you have to sit down for a long period of time. Hey it burns some calories!
Educated your self about calories, your intake, BMI, fat intake, etc.
